- Nordstern offers as a delegated builder/total contractor 20 professional contracts in connection with the construction of public housing, which must be transferred to the housing association Ringgarden after construction. The project (Gavlhuset) deals with the construction of public housing south of Daugbjergvej on the wooden cargo in Aarhus. The wooden load is the term for the whole area. The site's address is Traelastgade 4, 8000 Aarhus C.
The Gavlhuset project is built as the eastern wing in the vessel and consists of remodeling in a "basement" of 283 m2, and new construction of approx. 3,900 m2 of "building", as well as associated terrain work.
