Description: In connection with the preparation of the renovation of the changing rooms on the Waller Declaration, this summer 2020 was found for high values of the harmful substance PCB. Subsequently, a thorough environmental analysis has been carried out that has established the need for the renovation of the school to minimize the harmful substance PCB in building materials. This means that the school faces a large renovation of the school's existing accommodations and walking areas. Among other things, the ceilings must be turned down, the floors are pile up, walls are sealed, doors and windows replaced, joints are removed before a new and efficient ventilation system is installed. Thus, there is no use of neither extension nor rebuilding. The school functions will be retained in the locations they have today. However, all surfaces will be replaced to minimize PCB. The renovation task must be regarded as a remediation project. The contract contains 5 options.
