Description:
Nordstern offers as a delegated builder/total contractor below 4 professional contracts on the project Vollsmose Office House,
It is performed for AP Properties with the Municipality of Odense As the main bearings. In addition, 2 smaller commercial leases are established in the building.
The construction is carried out as a traditional elemental building in concrete with shell -walled facades. Internal accommodation is done with lightweight walls in plaster/glass, suspended acoustic regulating ceilings and floor coverings in varie-riding materials, which Wood, tiles, bricks, blankets etc.
8500 m2 and approx. 550 m2 engineering houses on the roof. The outside areas are carried out with approx. 5000 m2 fortified areas, laid out as respectively. Access roads, parking spaces, trails and squares. Other areas are laid out as planted green areas.
The ground area is approx. 12925 m2
