Description:
This tendering notice applies to the construction of general family homes and a twin community with associated community house. The assignment is offered in total contract on behalf of the housing association VIBO, Department. 302 and Div. 303, who is the builder. The project must be DGNB gold certified.
The project consists of the construction of the following:
• In Section 302, 23 Family Housing shall be erected
• In section 303, 50 homes must be erected in a twin community.
• 1 Common House, which can be used by the residents of sections 302 and 303.
The winner of the tender is included in separate total contracting agreements with each of the departments on the construction of the project.
The construction of the family homes and the twin community, respectively, is conditional on each commitment from the support authority, Hiller0d Municipality.
The tender is carried out as a public tender in accordance with sections 56-57 of the Tendering Act.
The price of the project is set at DKK 105,624,000, excl. VAT.
The tender form is inversely tendering where the price is fixed and competitions on the qualitative criteria:
A - Architecture and Quality (weighted 40 %)
B - Organization (weighted 40 %)
C - process (weighted 20 %)
Remuneration of DKK 100,000 excl. VAT to the tenderer who has delivered Conditionally offer, and is rated as # 2 in the evaluation of offers.
VAT to the tenderer who has submitted a conditional offer and is rated as No. 3 in the evaluation of offers.
