Description:
Nordstern offers as delegated builder/general contractor a total of 14 specialist contracts and/or deliveries on the project "Viby Bakke, Alboa" (VB-AB).
The Viby Bakken project is located at Gr0ndalsvej 3-10 in Viby J. The area is a former one
industrial area that is undergoing gradual transformation into a residential area.
The public housing is included as part of several larger buildings on the land register. In addition to public housing, family housing, senior housing and a care center are built on the land register, cf. local plan requirements. This project deals exclusively with public housing.
The project consists of 3 buildings with a total of 56 common rooms homes, total gross floor area approx. 4476m2. The development consists of modern four- and five-storey apartment blocks, where a classic design language with a red brick facade is combined with modern architectural details. There is a basement/ground floor part containing technology and a storage room.
