Description:
This tendering notice applies to the renovation task at VIBO section 111, Hj0rnevaenget, located on France Rigsgade 28-48B, 2300, Copenhagen S. The project consists of extensive renovation work based on a physical overall plan for the department.
The project consists of public housing thatRenovated with public support and is subject to the applicable legislation for such cases with associated circulars and guides.
The tender of the main contract contract is implemented as a tender with negotiation in accordance with sections 61-66 of the Tendering Act. The contracting entity reserves the right toassign the contract on the basis of the initial offer, without negotiation. Reservations are also made to extend the number of negotiating rounds.asbestos remediation.
