Description:
Tendering of energy labeling of municipal buildings, for Varde Municipality, which is covered by the requirement for regular energy labeling, with defined quality requirements.
Execution period November 2025 to 30/4 2026.
Reference is made to the tender documents for a detailed description of the task offered.
Present Tendering notice is issued to make interested parties aware of the above mentioned supply of energy labeling.

An economic actor is excluded from participation, If the economic actor is covered by one of the compulsory exclusion reasons in section 134a, section 135 or section 136 of the Tendering Act. An economic actor is also excluded if the financial actor is covered by one of the voluntary reasons for exclusion in section 137 (1) of the Tendering Act. 1, Nos. 1-2, 4 and 6.
An economic Actor cannot be excluded from participation if the financial actor provides sufficient evidence that the financial actor is reliable, even if the financial actor is covered by one or more of the reasons for the exclusion of the Tendering Act sections 135-137, cf. section 138 (1) of the Tendering Act. 1.
