- I. Solution regarding User and access management for Region East Denmark. The ordering party offers a contract regarding a solution for User and Access management for the future Region of Eastern Denmark. At the time of the tender, the Ordering Party has different solutions in Region Hovedstaden and Region Zealand. In connection with the establishment of Region East Denmark, the Ordering Party needs a new standardized Identity Governance & Administration solution (hereinafter referred to as the solution). The solution must be used across the Ordering party's organization, platforms and systems.
The solution must ensure that the Ordering Party obtains a standardized, automated and secure administration of and control of access to systems and data, as well as system support for management supervision, control of employee access and other user and access management-related tasks. The solution must also ensure mobility and flexibility for employees and effectively support organizational change. The delivery and the solution must support the Ordering Party in achieving the following benefits: to create unique identities for all employees, regardless of employment type, that the current solutions are replaced with 1 solution, that 60% of all system access takes place via automated processes based on data standardisation, and that the same ordering process can be used for all manually assigned system access. The solution must be delivered as a cloud-based service hosted by the Supplier in a data center.
