Description:
The tender includes framework agreements (hereafter referred to as agreements) for the supply of urology and faecal incontinence products to citizens with a § 112 grant from Aarhus Municipality and to the nursing depots in the Magistrate's Department for Health and Care, hereafter referred to as MSO.
A must also be provided IT-based ordering/granting system available to MSO for handling citizens' grants.
The tender is divided into two sub-agreements:
Partial agreement 1: Delivery of urology products
Sub-agreement 2: Delivery of faecal incontinence products
Sub-agreement 1 Delivery of urology products
The agreement includes delivery of urology products to citizens with a § 112 grant from Aarhus Municipality and to the nursing depots in the magistrate's department for health and care.
In addition, the tenderer must make an IT-based ordering/granting system available to the MSO for handling the citizens' grants.
Urology products are categorized according to Section 112 of the Service Act as body-worn aids. According to Aarhus Municipality's service level for § 112 grants, the following products are considered as a general rule as urology aids:
Intermittent, disposable catheters. Surrounded by sterile water/salt water
Intermittent, disposable catheters. Gel coated
With an integrated water bag in the individual catheter's packaging
