- With the tender, the contracting authority wishes to find a consultant who, in a constructive and value-creating collaboration
with the company, will process his proposal for a comprehensive plan until a completed comprehensive plan for the future
urban development near Copenhagen South, as well as provide consultancy services in connection with the start-uprealisation, local plan
and municipal plan supplement.
Tendering with negotiation has been chosen as a form of competition, because the Ordering Party wants a dialogue-based form of tender
with early selection of a team of advisers. The task includes the design of a comprehensive plan for an area with a unique location close to the station and a high degree of urbanand technical complexity, containing a number of
physical bonds for which it is expected that different solutions can be offered. At the same time, the project contains a number of unresolved decisions that, via dialogue with the Tenderer throughout the tendering process and the subsequent processing phase,or a final comprehensive plan, will have to be clarified. This is reflected in the assignment
and the process.
