Description:
I. BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE
The Danish regions offer a contract to upgrade the regions' own ERP system ApoVision from Microsoft Navision 2017 to Microsoft Business Central (BC) as well as subsequent support and maintenance with continuous further development, upgrades and license administration.
Regionen want to upgrade ApoVisionNAV17 to one common regional solution, ApoVisionBC, which meets legal requirements for IT systems in the pharmaceutical area. The need for the Upgrade is due to the fact that the NAV2017 platform will no longer be supported in January 2027. In the Upgrade, it must be taken into account that the Customer will continuouslymust upgrade ApoVisionBC to the latest version of the BC platform in order to remain on a supported platform.idea development and upgrades in step with upcoming BC versions, as well as license administration. An overview of the course of the Delivery can be found in Annex 2a of the contract (Star map).
II. MAIN SERVICES
In relation to supporting the needs stated in point I, the offer includes the following:
A) The upgrade
i. Aanalysis of the customer's requirements specifications (URS) in relation to possibilities and limitations in the latest on-premise version of Microsoft Business Central and third-party products, including advice with a view to using standard functionality to a large extent
