Task Description: The Defense Material and Purchasing Agency (FMI) wishes to enter into an agreement with a supplier on updating of charts. The agreement deals with the delivery of approx. 1000-1200 updated charts during the term of the agreement (1 year). The FMI will ensure that the supplier has access to charts published by GST. The contract is to be signed as a fixed -price contract with monthly installments as the supplier can be based on 1200 updated charts. If FMI requests more than 1200 upscale charts, the following charts are paid piecemeal, cf. annex B.
