Description:
The agreement on technical advice and assistance relates to the Ordering Party's offer of consultancy services in connection with the construction of UNICEF Campus 4 in Ydre Nordhavn.
The Ordering Party wishes to use the tender to find an advisor who, in a constructive and value-creating collaboration with the Ordering Party's other central actors, canhandle the project.
The project includes the construction of a new distribution center consisting of the following general facilities; administration building (domicile), two fully automatic high warehouses and a low warehouse with associated administration, connection building (backbone) and sprinkler central.
Advisor counterthe file is divided into 2 phases.
Phase 1 includes total advice in relation to sketching, outline and project proposals, authority project and assistance for tenders in turnkey contracts according to Appendix 3.1 Task and performance description and based on YBL18.
Phase 2 includes technical/architectural client advice when total entrThe eprice contract is concluded in accordance with Annex 3.1 Task and performance description and based on YBB 19.
