The framework agreement is divided into 9 independent sub-agreements. Each partial agreement is awarded separately to two contractors (tenders) and will then be translated into an independent framework agreement for each of the two contractors. The 9 various partial agreements (framework agreements) include the following specialist contracts: • Partial agreement (framework agreement) 1: Bricklayer • Partial agreement (framework agreement) 2: Painter • Partial agreement (framework agreement) 3: Carpenter • Partial agreement (framework agreement) 4: Ventilation • Partial agreement (framework agreement) 5: Plumbing • Partial agreement (framework agreement) 6: El • Partial agreement (framework agreement) 7: Handyman • Partial agreement (framework agreement) 8: Blacksmith • Partial agreement (framework agreement) 9: Refrigeration The duration of each individual framework agreement is 2 years calculated from the conclusion of the framework agreement with the option of extension for 1 year + 1 year, i.e. a total of 4 years incl. extensions. By & Havn handles the operation and maintenance of an extensive portfolio of properties, locations and technical facilities, where there is an ongoing need for artisanal work in connection with both planned maintenance tasks and emergency repairs.
