- Description:
- This tender deals with the construction of new exercise facilities with associated functions and the outdoor areas close to Toftlund Hallerne, which in the future will be called "Toftlund Sportdraining areas - approx. 2900 m2
- Construction of approx. 4850 m2 new building - Multi hall, Spring hall and Fitness with associated depots, changing and welfare facilities, cafe, meeting rooms, administrative rooms. Kitchen and other service facilities.
- Hall 2 (approx. 1360 m2) must be preserved and incorporated into the layoutand flow of Toftlund Sportbe arranged so that para-sports athletes can use the site's facilities to a large extent and participate in sports activities on an equal footing with the other users.
It is Toftlund Hallerne's expectation that the one hall that is not demolished can be kept in operation throughout the construction period. It is supplemented with necessary temporary onesfacilities for changing, etc.
The building is expected to be ready for use in late summer 2026.
