- SKI offers the framework agreement 16.05 Travel agency services, which include the following services:
The range includes travel agency services for booking flights, hotel stays, train journeys, car hire, ferries, etc. by telephone, by e-mail or via online ordering.
The agreement is divided into three different service packages, whichpublic customers must choose between:
The basic package: The supplier must provide an online ordering system supplemented with the possibility of "offline" operation via e-mail and telephone ordering.
The in-house package: The supplier must provide a GDS ordering system. The traveler orders his tripthrough own local in-house employee. The in-house employee can get support from the supplier.
The implant package: The customer chooses to set up an internal travel office in the organization, which is operated by an employee who is employed by the supplier.
The agreement allows for the booking of group trips,call and cancel travel, order and issue visas as well as 24-hour service and ordering.
The agreement also supports interaction with the state's RejsUd system.
