The overall plan is a comprehensive renovation of the public housing area. The project is supported by Landsbyggefonden. The purpose of the project is to make the areaready for the future.
Moserne's comprehensive plan includes, among other things:

•Establishment of housing with gardens
•Replacement of windows
•Replacement of water pipes and drains
