SKI hereby offers a dynamic procurement system for Vocational Systems (02.19 Vocational Systems)
The system contains one procurement category: Vocational Systems, delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS).
Professional systems are delivered as "Software as a Service" (SaaS). Users subscribe to the software and access it via the Internettet or via the supplier's application program interfaces.
Professional systems must support case processing/task resolution of one or more of the customer's tasks/services, within one or more of the service areas mentioned below.
The customer's needs determine which service area(s) are includedeighth of the specific purchase. A specific purchase may well include several of the service areas listed below.
Professional systems such as SaaS are characterized by being "on-demand services", which are owned, developed, maintained, managed and operated by the supplier, or by the service owner's subcontractor.Services must be fully developed. Services cannot therefore be offered in the dynamic purchasing system, which is developed or further developed especially for the customer. The content of the service must be suitable for use in the Danish public sector.
Furthermore, a purchase of services must include implementation ofthe service (taking over when changing supplier of a service and start-up when establishing a new service) as well as termination of the service (in connection with the termination of the delivery contract). Implementation and termination are part of the overall service.
