- The offer relates to the purchase and delivery of toys to all the contractors' units and institutions.
The expected revenue for the agreement is calculated at Background of previous activity and expected activity changes with the prerequisites known at the time of tendering. The expected revenue is Thus, not binding on the contracting entity. The same applies to quantities specified in Annex 1 - Historical Consumption.
The contracting entity finds the financial most advantageous offer by using the award criterion "Price". The evaluation will be based on the price.
