Description:
The supply includes the execution of a new parking garage at Grabr0dre Church Straede 3 in Viborg, including the establishment of all exterior facilities, construction work and installations with associated design in total contract, as shown in this tender material.
Total contract offering - Parking house
Viborg The municipality wants to build a new parking garage in connection with the implementation of a new overall plan for the cathedral quarters. The parking garage is placed immediately south of VUC with location in the eg parking space.
Briefly described includes the total contract the following:
- Degradation work
- Construction of a new parking garage with staggered tires as prefabricated element building on 3 levels with a total of min. 156 pcs. Parking spaces, incl. 3 pcs. HC inside the parking garage and in addition 1 pcs. HC bus outside.
In addition to a solid quality of construction with low maintenance costs, it is the builder's Wish that the buildings appear with a discreet architectural appearance that makes the buildings fit into the area's whole and the intentions of the local plan.
Sketch proposals prepared by Cubo Architects and the proposal must be followed and derogations cannot be expected unless there is Written agreement with the developer.
