Description:
Philadelphia wants to build a new housing offer at N0rrestrand north of Horsens. This new housing offer is designed to replace the existing Stormly in Juelsminde and will offer modern facilities to people with epilepsy.
The new housing offer will in the long run have room for up to 46 residents and is targeted A special target group that requires specialized care and support. The housing offer will include housing, common areas and service areas designed to create a safe and supportive everyday life for the residents. The project is part of Filadelfia's continued efforts to improve the quality of life for People with complex health needs.
The project is scheduled in two stages where the current tender includes stage 1. The expansion option must therefore is considered in the project so that stage 2 will not require significant changes in existing main structures or supply conditions.
