Description:
The Region of Southern Denmark offers a total contract for the design and execution of the conversion of general psychiatric section B at the Esbjerg Department of Forensic Psychiatry. The project includes the establishment of a new forensic psychiatric section through the redevelopment and extension of the existingGeneral psychiatric section B.
The existing building stock to be renovated is approx. 1,200 m2 and approx. 860 m2. Approx. 1,200 m2 shielded garden/living areas in connection with the section.
The project is offered in total contract on the basis of construction program with plan basis onDisposal List.Total contracting contract for the design and execution of the conversion of general psychiatric section B at the psychiatric ward Esbjerg to forensic psychiatry. The project includes the establishment of a new forensic psychiatric section through the redevelopment and extension of the existing general psychiatric section B.
