Description:
Region Southern Denmark offers the task regarding the construction of a new extension to the neonatal unit at Kolding Hospital. The new building will have facilities to treat premature babies and their mothers if they require treatment, as well as facilities for the child's parents to stay togetherwith the child during hospitalization. The new building will be named Block 45. The new building will be built on the existing hospital site and must be built in towards Blocks 7 and 42, so that the new block 45 will have pedestrian connections to the other functions at Kolding Hospital.
The task is offered as a turnkey contract.
Kolding Hospital is one of Region Southern Denmark's emergency hospitals and is part of Lillebaelt Hospital.
Kolding Hospital has undergone a major expansion and renovation over the past 10 years, which, among other things, includes a new main entrance, bed building, emergency department, mother/child, laboratory and parking garage, as well as renovation of de most buildings, which were originally built in the early 70s.
