Description: The supply includes the housing company FjordPark's offer of total consultancy in connection with the support of the Schillers Park in Nykøbing Falster. The Schillers park includes approx. 110 new, general family homes in a parking, which must also have parking, common areas and LAR handling on the ground. The housing company is supported in this work by the home office Denmark, and the housing office's paradigms are used for the construction project.

The total advisor must handle design, calculation of the project base, supply of the main contract in EU procurement, AMK P and B, supervision, submission and 1st year review. Scope of workers is defined in the attached tender documents.

The case is offered as limited EU tender pursuant to the rules of the procurement law.
