The current tender concerns the acquisition of total consultancy for Skanderborg Municipality regarding a new daycare center in Stilling. The daycare center must be built in accordance with the Norwegian Building Research Institute quality level C with an associated production kitchen. The norm for the new daycare center is 120 children, distributed among30 nursery children and 90 kindergarten children as well as 30 adults divided between educational staff and other employees. However, the daycare must be designed as a flexible daycare for 0-6-year-olds, so that the building can adapt over time to the current needs and accommodate variations of both kindergarten places and nurseries.ads. The new day care is close to the school and will be part of the school and sports area in Stilling. The future construction must be planned and built in accordance with the "Policy for municipal construction" in Skanderborg Municipality and associated standards. The construction must be of such quality that it alsoin the future retains its value. In the choice of materials and craftsmanship, the project must be solid. In connection with the layout of the building and the choice of materials, great emphasis must be placed on limiting operating and maintenance costs as much as possible.
