Description:
The current tender concerns the acquisition of total consultancy for Skanderborg Municipality regarding a new daycare center in Lasby (Langvad Bakker).
The daycare center must be built in accordance with the Norwegian Building Research Institute quality level C with an associated production kitchen. The norm for the new daycare is 80 b0rn distributed among 30 nursery children and 50 kindergarten children and 24 adults distributed among educational staff and other employees. However, the day care center must be designed as a flexible day care facility for 0-6 year olds, so that the building can adapt over time to current needs and accommodate variations of both kindergarten placesand nursery places.
The future construction must be planned and built in accordance with the "Policy for municipal construction" in Skanderborg Municipality and associated standards. The construction must be of such quality that it also retains its value in the future. In material selection and craftsmanship, pthe project be solid.
In connection with the layout of the building and the choice of materials, great emphasis must be placed on limiting operating and maintenance costs as much as possible. This means, among other things, that special attention must be paid to the climate screen being made of easy-to-maintain materialis, and that an overall energy consumption that is as small as possible can be achieved.
In addition to having to fulfill Skanderborg Municipality's "Policy for Municipal Construction", the new extension must be built on sustainable principles, which means that the extension must be designed according to the Voluntary Sustainability...
