Description:
Gladsaxe Municipality offers the development of the light rail station forecourts for the future light rail
on Ring 3.
The current tender includes total consultancy in connection with the design and construction of five station forecourts. A separate prequalification is offered with a project competition for light rail stationsrpladsen Gladsaxe Town Hall due to this station's central location and importance in the city. Both tenders are offered at the same time.
Total consultant must be a landscape architect with engineering disciplines as subconsultant.
The winning tenderer must handle the task as total consultant and prepare dispositiand project proposals in an iterative process with Gladsaxe Municipality and relevant actors, as well as prepare a tender project for bidding and provide advice in the implementation phase.
The total area is approximately 10,623 m2.
Note that part of this area, approximately 3,500 m2 at
Gladsaxe Trafikplads , must processres with simple affordable and temporary measures.
The expected total construction cost for the 5 station forecourts amounts to DKK 23,300,000.00.
