Description: City & Harbor will renovate and rebuilding warehouse 47 & warehouse 53. These are two warehouses listed for Copenhagen Harbor around 1950. The buildings are owned by city & harbor and in recent years been used for office purposes, stock and Store. The buildings must, as part of the project, have made a thorough renovation as part of the development of the entire Sundmolen, which constitutes the third stage in the expansion of Copenhagen's new sustainable district of Nordhavnen.

The buildings are renovated with brand new decor including autosolation of climate screen, new escape routes and head stairs, toilet cores ventilation systems, plumbing installations and electrical installations. In addition, new roof terraces are established on parts of both buildings.

An additional floor must be performed on building 53. The environment and demolition The contract for pH 47 + 53 is partially performed by other contractor.
