Description:
The project concerns the renovation and conversion of 117 apartments, where residents are rehoused.
The building is located at Riish0jsvej 1-85, 9000 Aalborg.
The renovation/building mainly includes:
•Environmental cleanup of block C and other areas where renovation is to be done.
• Demolition of block C complete.
•Block C gemust be installed in load-bearing concrete elements, shell wall with gable roof and cardboard.
•Stairs 5 23 33 are completely renovated and accessible apartments with lift access are established.
•Other stairs are partially renovated with new bathrooms and a new ventilation system.
•New water and drainage installations for the kitchen and bathsrooms.
•Partial renovation of heating installation incl. replacement of all radiators.
•All apartments will have new balconies.
•Sewage system in terrain will be partially replaced and separation sewerage will be established for the entire area.
•All windows and doors will be replaced.
•Terrain will have a changed design with increased accessequality.
•New safety-creating lighting in terrain.
•Access conditions for renovation.
