• Description:
• The area south of Jyllingevej This tender relates to a framework agreement for the execution of construction and pipe work as well as the delivery of pipes in connection with the expansion of the district heating network in Rødovre Municipality. Construction, plumbing and pipe work must be carried out in main undertaking. The framework agreement is offered by Rødovre Municipality on behalf of Rødovre Kommunale Fjernvarmeforsyning (hereafter "RKF"). The project includes an expansion of the district heating network in a detached house area located in Rødovre Municipality. The plot area is located south of Jyllingevej. The framework agreement includes the execution of approx. 15,000 route meters of main line divided into dimensions between DN32-DN200 and 1,423 potential customers. The task is expected to be divided into 15 smaller stages, which must be carried out in the period from year 2026-2029. At the time of tendering for the framework agreement, an acceptance of approx. 70% of the potential customers in the detached house area. RKF expects to utilize the framework agreement by placing an order for the first three (3) stages, which are expected to be carried out during the race of 2026-2027, immediately after the conclusion of the framework agreement. Subsequently, RKF expects to place orders for the construction, plumbing and pipe work so that work is carried out on two stages simultaneously, whereby the contractor achieves an even workload throughout the year. The offered task includes neither electrical work nor delivery of district heating units, which are carried out in other contracts.
