Test of Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) in a Danish context
Task Description: It is clear from the Changed Building Directive from 2018, the Commission sets the method and content and the framework for implementing the SMART Readiness indicator (hereinafter SRI) .SRIs must promote the dissemination of intelligent preparations, and the purpose of the indicator is to measure the ability of buildings to To exploit information and communication technologies and electronic systems in order to adapt the operation of the buildings to the needs of residents and electricity networks. At the same time, the indicator must help improve energy efficiency and the overall performance of buildings, including indoor climate M.V. The indicator must also increase building owners and residents aware of the value of building automation and electronic monitoring of technical building installations. Finally, the indicator must create awareness of building owners on the real savings as the new enhanced functions entail.
