Description:
Grejsdal School, S0ndermarksskolen and the Community School in Vejle Municipality have been drawn to the nationwide trial of school food that runs from the school year 2025/2026 to the end of 2028. The three schools all want a solution with external supplier.
Therefore, Vejle Municipality invites to market dialogue with potential bidders. The purpose of the dialogue is to dress the working group in relation to getting to know the different solutions that exist. Vejle Municipality is early in the process, and it has therefore not yet been decided whether one unified agreement is offered or whether there will be more sub -agreements.
The dialogue is held with potential suppliers individually over Microsoft Teams. 20 minutes per Supplier, in the period 7 August at. 8.30-10.30. This gives time to 6 dialogues. If more than 6 sign -ups arrive, 6 participants will be selected in the dialogue. In the selection, Vejle Municipality will emphasize that there is diversity in the participants, for example, that there are different solutions (eg serving pre -packed food or buffet) and the size of the supplier (eg large nationwide supplier or small local supplier). Potential suppliers are therefore required to include A brief description of concept (s) and area they operate in with registration.
