Tendering of total consultancy in connection with the redevelopment and extension of Skejbygardsvej 13
This consulting agreement relates to the project, which deals with the establishment of a multi-use house on Skejbygardsvej 13 in the northernPart of Aarhus. This is a co-location project in an existing building to accommodate the House of Welfare Technology (VTH) and a learning and employment offer (LBT). The area distribution between the two functions is approx. 80% to VTH and approx. 20% to LBT. The building consists of two coherent buildings,An administration building of approx. 4,000 m2 and a hall of approx. 3,500 m2. The project consists of a major redevelopment and renovation of the two existing buildings as well as the establishment of two new extensions. The project is, as a rule, not stage divided. The project is realized in a collaboration between Aarhus Ejendomme(AAE), who is the builder, the magistrate of social conditions and employment (MSB) and the Magistrate of Health and Care (MSO), who are operators of the learning and employment offerings (LBT) and the House of Welfare Technology (VTH) respectively.
