Tendering of total advisory agreements regarding renovation of Vildtbanegard I
The housing company offers total consulting for renovation of the housing company's storey dwellings in the Wilder Railway Station. The project relates to a holistic renovationand is a supported construction project.
The overall plan received Schedule A approval in December 2024 by the Landsbyggefonden. The total counseling agreement is conditional on the obtaining of form b approval. The building is erected in the years 1970-1971, andHousing was established on the 4th floor in connection with roof replacement in the 1990s. The facades were renovated around 2010, but the facade party was not replaced in this regard. The renovation includes primarilyNew balcony facade sections and replacement of the bathrooms in all housing on the ground floor up to and including 3rd floor as well as renovation of surfaces and accommodation of the bathrooms on the 4th floor. There must also be renovations of fall trunks and water flow in the apartments, reorganization of domestic water installation from crawl cellarfor attic, replacement of hot water tank and replacement/renovation of electrical installations in the bathrooms.
