Tendering of a total advisory agreement regarding renovation of Vildtbanegard Department II
The housing company offers total consulting for renovation of the housing company's storey dwellings in the ward of Vildtbanegard II. The storey dwellings are located Wildback Path 1-30, Landlyststien 1-38 and Gildbrostien1-26, 2635 Ish0j. The project relates to a holistic renovation and is a supported construction project.
The overall plan received Schedule A approval in December 2024 by the Landsbyggefonden. The Total Counseling Agreement is contingent on the obtaining of Schedule B approval.
The floor dwelling consists of 4 floors and basement and extends over817 Housing. The building was built in the years 1973-1974, and housing was established on the 4th floor in connection with roof replacement in the 1990s. The facades were renovated around 2010, but the facade party was not replaced in that regard.
The tender relates to total consulting for the purpose of executingThe renovation of the storey dwellings. The renovation primarily includes new balcony facade sections and the replacement of the bathrooms in all homes on the ground floor up to and including the 3rd floor and renovation of surfaces and accommodation of the bathrooms on the 4th floor. There must also be renovation of fall trunks and water flow inthe apartments, replacement of hot water tank and replacement/renovation of electrical installations in the bathrooms.
