Tendering of Total Contracting - Renovation of Hiller0d Vest School, Department Alholm
This document describes the conditions for participation in and implementation of the offer of renovation of Hiller0d Vest School, Department. Alholm in total contract. The tender is implemented as a tender with negotiationunder sections 61-66 of the Tendering Act. It should be noted that Hiller0d Municipality reserves the right to award on the basis of the initial offer.
The tender is handled by Hiller0d Municipality. The reason why the tender is implemented as a tender with negotiation is that the Municipality of Hiller0d considers that the contract is considered the contractComplexity, needs a discussion of which solution is the best to fulfill Hiller0d Municipality's wishes for the project. There is also a need for a discussion of what conditions can ensure flexible solutions that minimize nuisance for the school's operation during the renovation, as well as to clarifytechnical and security conditions.
The project is offered in total contract because Hiller0d Municipality has assessed that the complexity of the project requires the task that the task is not solved in several independent contracts. This choice is also justified in improved risk management and financial savings.
The total contract agreement is based on ABT 18 and the benefit description for construction and landscape (YBL 18) and determines the rights and obligations in relation to the project. The total contract agreement is conditional.
