Description:
The contracting entity offers a total contract for the behavior and establishment of 28 homes with associated facilities at the social institution Kofoedsminde. The homes must be erected as three buildings. One of the buildings must contain four departments consisting of one resident as well as four staff groupsin a shared staff section. The building is expected to have a gross area of approx. 830 m2. The remaining two buildings must both contain two departments consisting of six residents as well as two staff groups in a shared staff section. Each building is expected to have a gross area of approx. 1250 m2. The offeredTotal contracting contract also includes the behavior of fire roads, running trails and terrain lighting.
Construction must ensure contemporary housing for the residents of Kofoedsminde and support the project's overall goal of promoting well -being for both residents and staff - with a special focus on staffSafety and working environment. Likewise, the construction must create the opportunity to optimize the staffing standards at Kofoedsminde by establishing central staff departments with an overview of the buildings' two and four departments.
Kofoedsminde is a nationwide secured housing offer that receives mentallyDevelopmental disabled adults who have committed serious or dangerous crime and are not considered suitable for ordinary prison sentences.
