Helsing0r Municipality wants to remodel B0geh0jgard in order to offer citizens both temporary residence and long -term housing offers in accordance with sections 107 and 108 of the Service Act. B0geh0jgard is wanted to be rebuilt and renovated to be able to appear in a new modern edition.
Helsing0r Municipality Starting point for the redevelopment is thatThe future residents are people who need their homes at B0geh0jgard for either some or many years. B0geh0jgard becomes the setting for their lives and the opportunity to develop. This makes some important demands on the building that should be able to give the future residents the opportunity to feel safe and havePossibility of having both privacy but also the opportunity for participation in a social community. At the same time, the target group are people with different mental and physical challenges that the interior and the future indoor climate must be able to accommodate.
