Description:
This tender relates to temporary workers for canteen and cleaning on the defense's establishments.
The contracting entity offers a framework agreement on temporary services for canteen and cleaning at the Ministry of Defense's group establishments covered by Appendix 1 - Establishment overview.
The framework agreement aims to Ensure delivery security of temporary workers for canteen operations and cleaning tasks. The task consists of delivering canteen and cleaning substitutes as needed by e.g. illness, holidays, extraordinary events, busyness, etc. at the contracting entity.
The framework agreement will have a duration of 4 years. The framework agreement is divided thus, to
• Sub -Agreement 1 Includes Delivery of Temporary Canteen
• Sub -Agreement 2 includes the delivery of temporary workers for cleaning
on the defense establishments.
It is stated in Appendix 1 - Establishment Summary, which establishments are covered by the individual sub -agreement.
For each of the sub -agreements is awarded There are up to three (3) suppliers on the part agreement, which are ranked on a cascade based on the contracting entity offer evaluation.
If this supplier is not due to capacity reasons Perform the order within the Appendix 2 - requirement specification, k 2.3.8 set deadlines, the other supplier in the cascade will be awarded the order and so on.
