Description:
The framework agreement must contribute to the Danish Energy Agency achieving its goals for the development of a robust and value -creating calculation model for the calculation of the climate imprint of public procurement. In addition, the framework agreement must contribute to the Danish Energy Agency's work on further development of the climate compass. The framework agreementincludes the delivery of the following services, and to a lesser extent benefits related to this: 1. Preparation of new emission coefficients: including professional sparring and development and updating of coefficients based on exiobase. 2. Matching between shopping categories and emission coefficients: secureProper link between public procurement categories and relevant emission coefficients. 3. Operation and further development of Python model: Maintenance and further development of a Python-based model for calculating the climate imprint of public procurement. 4. Strategic advice: contribute to strategicEfforts in Green Public Procurement and Climate Compass, as well as Implementation of Relevant Political Objectives.
