Description:
The Prison and Probation Service offers a 5-year contract for the delivery of the request of specialist medical certificates.
The tender relates to the provision of a solution that can ensure that when the Health Board requests a specialist medical certificate in a case, it is requested and submitted to the Health Board as soon as possible - and at the latest within 6 weeks from the time of request.
The offered solution must support an effective and smooth case handling of health cases for officials of the customer and enables specialist medical statements to be quickly and easily obtained and disseminated to the Health Board.
