Library's goal of this tender is to get an agreement with a supplier regarding the collection of digital newspapers as part of the duty of duty in accordance with the Duty Delivery Act. Det Kgl. Library therefore wants offers on the delivery of digital newspapers in accordance with the attached appendix b. The delivery must be made digitally to the kgl. Library, Victor Albecks Vej 1, 8000 Aarhus C. Library Collects and preserves the Danish cultural heritage for posterity, including newspapers, journals and magazines published digitally, cf. Det Kgl. Library preserves the material, including metadata and other necessary information, for posterity under the rules and guidelines in force at any time, and, as possible, gives access to the content under applicable legislation, including the Copyright Act.
