Description:
The tender includes the conclusion of a framework agreement on the supply of electric wheelchairs as well as associated accessories and spare parts for a number of member municipalities in coming. The framework agreement covers delivery to the contracting entities set out in the tender material and Appendix 1 - Signature documents. The agreement does not include rear -wheel driveElectric wheelchairs, engines for manual wheelchairs or special making such as casting, etc., as these are covered by other agreements.
Ensure that all products comply with applicable legislation, including requirements for CE marking and relevant EU directives. Delivery must be done within set deadlines and requirements are required for quality, warranty and possibility of delivery of spare parts for a minimum of 8 years from the delivery date.
Framework AgreementAs a rule, do not entail an obligation for the contracting entities to purchase a certain amount, but the contracting entities are obliged to apply the agreement when the need can be covered by products covered by the framework agreement. However, the contracting entities may, however, make purchases outside the agreement, for exampleby special needs or in accordance with the rules of free choice.
