Description:
H. Skj0de Knudsen will, for the client Funen's non -profit housing company ("FAB"), erect 42 family homes divided into 7 buildings on Ejlstrupvej 191 in Odense V. The homes are erected in traditional masonry, dark concrete roof tiles and wood/alu windows and doors. Inside the apartments consist of kitchen, living roomand bathroom. These are 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments that have a size from 62 m2 to 110 m2.
For the developer, there is a great focus on unity and community for their residents, and therefore all entrance pages for the dwelling are placed towards the building large common green area. The construction is followingFAB's sustainability plan, where requirements are required, among other things, the use of environmental certified and indoor climate-friendly materials both exterior and interior and erected in function and quality according to FAB's general requirements specification.
At each end of the building, the residents have the opportunity to park onIn addition, parking spaces arranged.
For the construction of the 42 family homes in Ejlstrup, H. Skj0de Knudsen offers as a tender for Fab a total of 12 professional contracts offered in separate sub-contracts:
