Description:
The Ministry of Defense's Property Agency has a need to enter into a post -handling framework agreement. The framework agreement must include postal handling of letters and packages on the Ministry of Defense's establishments, and the agreement must ensure that the Ministry of Defense's Property Agency has the possibility of shipping lettersand packages adapted to the needs of each establishment. The postal handling must include, among other things, pickup, distribution, postage of letters and packages, and posted reply envelopes. The postal management must be handled at home and abroad. The agreement is divided into 3 sub -agreements, an agreement for letters and an appointmentfor packages. The maximum value over a 4 year period as far as letters are concerned is DKK 20 million, and the maximum value over a 4 year period as far as packages are concerned is DKK 13.6 million. The total maximum value is DKK 33.6 million. It is possible for the tenderers to submit offers on all 3 sub -agreements,And the Danish Property Agency's expectation is that there will be a saving associated with a single supplier for both letters and packages, as the runs can be added together. However, it has not been possible for the Danish Property Agency to determine the expected savings sufficiently precisely to recognize thisin the expected and maximum value of the total agreement. The maximum value for sub -agreement 3 is therefore constituted by Sub -Agreement 1's and Sub -Agreement 2's maximum value added together.
