Description: For this tender, the contracting entity wants to obtain offers of 3 Traysealers/Package Machines for the Municipality's Production Kitchen, Copenhagen Madservice (KMS), for the purpose of packing portion-faced food, which is applied to visited citizens, and packing of bulk food to be delivered to nursing home.
KMS is located with the city event park 15, 2700 Brønshøj.
Each of the packing machines must be able to handle up to approx. 30,000 units per week. About 26 menus are produced on a weekly basis in batch sizes from 10-700 portions. Due to high requirements for flexibility regarding portion size, it must be possible to pack in different types of packaging and packaging size as well as the possibility of switching a maximum of 20 minutes for one person.
