Tendering of the Overall Plan in the Housing Association AAB's Department 43
The Housing Association AAB's department 43, which is located in R0dovre Municipality, must have implemented a comprehensive plan with a comprehensive renovation of the property.
The project is offered in total counseling and total contracting as integrated Construction. Further information on the form of collaboration Integrated construction and the basis of agreement are described in 04. Collaborative model.
The applicant is therefore assumed to be an association of at least 2 financial actors - a total advisor and a contractor. AaB, the Total Counselor and the Total Contractor are included a cooperation agreement. At the same time as the conclusion of the cooperation agreement, an agreement is concluded on the execution of the project in total contract and a total advisory agreement on technical advice and assistance.
It is AaB's wish that through the collaboration, space is created for learning and basis for minimizing conflicts.
Department 43 is a settlement from the 1950s located in R0dovre and it consists of 318 homes, a number of common areas and carports. The building is constructed with an open and green structure, giving an experience of a coherent residential area with open spaces in front of the entrances to the blocks and more park -like Planting on the green areas between the blocks. The buildings have a conservation value of 2 (high conservation value).
