Re -tender regarding facade renovation of 5 residential blocks with associated landscape processing
25 Regineh0j.
The tender includes to Phases: A pre -qualification phase ("Phase 1") and an offer phase ("Phase 2"). The contracting entity will select five applicants who will be invited to submit offers.
The contracting entity expects to complete a negotiation process with one round of negotiations prior to final offer. The contracting entity, however, reserves the court to award the contract on the basis of the initial offer without conducting negotiations.
No remuneration is paid in connection with participation in pre -qualification, tender or participation in the negotiations.
