Description:
Tendering of contract regarding Completion of IT operations for heat loads includes in main features
• Completing operation, maintenance and support of the contractor's total system landscape including network infrastructure
• System administrative tasks in relation to day-to-day operations, such as user, role and Rights Administration
• Administration of mail boxes and databases.
• Hosting of contracting servants and system landscape, which can be done in a traditional operating environment or by a cloud -based solution.
• Monitoring of the System Landscape and Network Infrastructure,
• Preparation and implementation of the contractor's security policies as well as
• Completion of the contractor's license management and
• Configuration of the Contracting End-User Hardware.
Heat load is An organized collaboration between the three largest municipal -owned heating companies in the metropolitan area, CTR, VEKS and HOFOR. Heat load operates the whole day All days of the year, which is why the contract includes quick access to Danish -speaking support 24 hours a day. HEATAGE has a desire to contract with a proactive partner, including that the daily operations and the heating load contact have access to a "single point of contact".
HEATAGE WANTS TO enter into an agreement with a supplier who has a delivery organization that can handle all the aspects of IT operations described, or via subcontractors can provide all the services demanded in this tender.
