Description:
With this offer, Bornholm Region Municipality wishes to contract an emergency call solution for both the regional municipality's citizens and staff including the operation and maintenance of equipment and software.
570 citizens and approx. 960 employees divided into seven (7) care centers, one (1) rehabilitation center, two (2) administrative departments, 10 housing offers and six (6) activity and venues.
The new solution must strengthen and modernize the contractors emergency call-sizedup, and at the same time include staff insurance, which should create a more safe working environment for the staff. The contracting entity needs a coherent and future -proof emergency call solution that both meets the needs of citizens and supports the security of employees.
The emergency call solution includes:
. Residents emergency and service calls at care centers.
. Residents of emergency and service calls on housing offers under the social area (disability, psychiatry, etc.).
. Emergency and security calls from the citizen of their own homes, including in home care.
. Dementia protection of care centers and housing offers with automatically generated alarms when resident passes Building sections, exterior doors and matrix boundary.
. Personnel insurance with assault alarms and colleague aid for staff at care centers, housing offers, job center, citizen service and government department as well as various office space.
. Positioning at space level and zone level.
